IT - Power Platform Application Product Manager

SHL (Scandinavian Health Ltd) is currently the world's largest privately-owned designer, developer and manufacturer of advanced drug delivery systems. The organization was established in 1989 by Swedish entrepreneurs Roger Samuelsson and Martin Jelf with the goal of combining world-class manufacturing in Asia with the strengths of Western Management practices. SHL manufactures devices including pen injectors, auto injectors and inhaler systems. We also manufacture a range of other products including pressure mattress systems, patient lifting slings, medical soft goods, beds, neurosurgical devices, catheters and industrial equipment.

【Job Overview】

As an integral part of IT development team, the Power Platform Application Engineer will play a pivotal role in propelling SHL’s operations to new heights. We are seeking a systems integration engineer to join the IT development team, contributing to the enhancement of SHL’s ERP operations. The role involves utilizing both on-premise and cloud-based integration platforms to implement a diverse set of integration solutions among a multitude of internal and external systems, contributing to the seamless connectivity and optimization of SHL’s IT landscape.

【Responsibilities】

• System administration for SHL IT’s Microsoft Power Platform and support in Microsoft Azure services.
• Develop, build, and maintain applications and business processes utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (specifically focusing on Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Engage in code reviews, provide feedback, and promote best practices.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration and effective communication within an agile and flexible development team, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving.
• Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and share knowledge with team members to facilitate effective collaboration and skill development.
• Adhere to SHL’s security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

【Qualification】

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or other related fields.
• Experience Microsoft Azure Services, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Familiar with system integration topics utilizing RESTful API.
• Experience in Azure DevOps for setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing code repositories, and automating deployment processes.
• Experience with Azure API Management for creating, securing, and managing APIs used by Power Platform applications.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Azure technologies (Entra ID, Blob Storage, Function App, App Service, AKS, and SharePoint)
• Excellent in technical communications, brilliant in team-work environments, and comfortable working in cross-cultural environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in English environment for effective business communication.

【Preferred Qualification】

• Strong skills in custom development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript for extending the functionality of Power Platform applications.
• Experience in integrating SAP systems with Power Platform applications (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline business processes and data flows between SAP and other systems.
• Experience working with cloud-based integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, Mulesoft Anypoint, Microsoft Integration Services… etc.
• Experience with Azure AI and Machine Learning services, such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and the integration of AI models into Power Platform applications.
• Experience in integrating data from various sources, including on-premises databases, cloud data services, and third-party APIs, using tools like Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automating cloud infrastructure, deployments, and other repetitive tasks
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
