Job Overview

1. 量產模具試模打樣
2. 模具維修及保養。
3. 模具機上故障排除，及異常狀況反應。
4. 成品毛邊查修。 
5. 工作進度管控，及模具修模照片資料彙整。

Main Responsibilities

•    確實遵守所有適用的標準作業程序和工作指導書。
•    確實遵循並落實優良製造規範。
•    資深技術員(III) 不僅能獨立執行以下工作任務，並在適當的監督下具備改善能力及指導後進的能力。
•    遵循5S原則以完成每件工作任務。
•    根據改進的需求與其他部門合作，以提供更好的服務予整個瑞健集團。
•     協助處理模具於量產及試模期間之異常狀況。
•     依照相關SOP及生產工單，負責模具組立及拋光，以達成生產目標。
•     依照模具組裝及保養作業流程及指導書，執行模具組裝及保養作業，並達成生產目標。
•     可同時處理多樣工作任務，並確保產出結果的品質。
•     依任用條件/個人能力/組織需求安排以上工作。
•     其他主管交辦任務。

Qualification

1. 具模具塑膠經驗2年以上
2. 具備模具組立、拆裝、維修等經驗，並能獨立作業
3. 可配合輪班。

Preferred Qualifications

1. 具備基礎量具使用經驗及能力 (分離卡，高度規)，以及2D/3D圖視圖能力
2. 具熱膠道、雙射及轉牙模具經驗尤佳
3.  熟天車與推高機操作, 並具備相關執照
