SHL to speak at Pre-Filled Syringe Seminar 2020 Tokyo

SHL Attends PDA Japan Seminar 2020

SHL Medical is exhibiting and speaking at the Pre-filled Syringe Seminar hosted by the Parenteral Drug Association’s Japan Chapter.

SHL Director of Business Development Markus Bauss will be joined online by Hiroyuki Imanishi, director of the Business Incubation Center at Murata Manufacturing, in presenting a talk titled “Unit-Level Tracking and Tracing of PFS-based Combination Products.” Joining us from the electronics sector, Director Imanishi shares the latest technologies in radio-frequency identification (RFID) and discusses implementations in the medical sector. Director Bauss discusses the technology’s implementation in pre-filled syringes and provides an update on the latest application in injection devices.

This year’s seminar will feature a hybrid set up with local attendees having the option to attend the event in person or join the speakers online. While SHL representatives will not be present at the venue due to travel restrictions, information about our offerings and services will be made available to attendees at our exhibition table. Visitors will also have the opportunity to interact with SHL’s campaign webpage, The SHL Experience, to gain a more immersive understanding of SHL’s capabilities and services.

The seminar and physical exhibition will be held at the Port Hall of the Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Residence Tower from October 27-28.
