Finance - Senior Finance Analyst

The primary responsibilities for this role include the following:

• Provide financial modeling and analytical support to the various internal stakeholders for business/economic case & business plan development, make or buy evaluations, etc..

• Support with the development of the financial model library/toolbox.

• Collaborate with department peers to harmonize work ‘product’, optimize efficiency, and share learnings and knowledge to foster the team’s success.

• Perform product cost simulation and analyze cost structure to identify cost saving opportunities.

• Collect data to conduct cost and benefit analysis to identify if the investment or streamline proposal can be justified using measurement of NPV, IRR, ROI, etc.,

• Provide real time support to internal requests regarding manufacturing activity analysis and suggestion.

Knowledge/Experience/Education:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.

• Comfortable with basic accounting and cost accounting concepts.

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft “Power” Tools (e.g., PowerBI).

• User of ERP system, preferred in SAP CO/PS module is a plus.

• Financial modeling coursework or certifications are considered a plus.
