JOB OVERVIEW
Analyze customers' demand and allocate to production plan and material plan to ensure balance between having sufficient inventory levels to fulfill customer needs in a cost-effective manner.
Interact with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Operations for robust arrangement.
Main Responsbilities
a. Coordinate the production plan, delivery schedule and production capacity.
b. Communicate with customers’ order fulfillment team on the matters of production plan and progress.
c. Monitor the status of production orders.
d. Short term/long term supply plan preparation.
• Assign above job tasks by staffing qualification / personal ability / organization needs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned
• Responsible to follow all applicable SOPs and WIs at all the times.
• Responsible to follow the principle of GMP to the best of their ability at all times.
• A senior specialist would execute job tasks below with high efficiency independently and capable of further planning, coaching & continuous improvement ability under little supervision.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments based on improvement needs in order to provide better service to the whole group.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years’ experience at least in mold manufacturing planning control position. (Including more than 3 years of the same position for a manufacturer)
• Good knowledge/experience of commercial and cost breakdown
• Computer literate, with advanced excel skills and abilities to adapt to a variety of software applications.
• Good written and verbal communication in English (TOEIC 600)
• Experience of PlanTool/SAP/Share point
