Job Overview

The Process Excellence Manager will progress the CEO Office agenda and advance the company’s strategic goals by embedding a culture of process excellence across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with business and IT to design and implement innovative solutions that drive optimal business outcomes. The Process Excellence Manager will also play a key role in developing the capabilities of the organization by building a community of trained process specialists and fostering a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to provide Process Excellence expertise, identifying and shaping opportunities that drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Challenge and support the business in embedding process excellence as a core cultural value across the organization.
  • Support the strategy and vision for Process Excellence globally, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while adapting to regional cultural and operational requirements where necessary.
  • Lead or support process initiatives, continuously refining and evolving it to address strategic drivers and emerging needs.
  • Coach, mentor, and train teams on the principles, methodologies, and tools of process excellence, enhancing the organization’s ability to proactively address challenges and drive improvements.
  • Develop and design key Process Excellence documentation, including training materials, process outlines, flowcharts, business process models, checklists, templates, and implementation procedures.
  • Preparing analysis reports based on stakeholders’ requirements, enabling them to take informed decisions.
  • Supporting the development, analysis, and improvement of business processes.
  • Facilitate Process Excellence meetings and workshops, including business process reengineering sessions, brainstorming workshops, and other process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and deployment of process management systems and modules, ensuring successful integration with existing workflows and alignment with process optimization goals.
  • Administer the Enterprise Process Management Tool.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years’ experience in Process Management.
  • Solid understanding of process management concepts, BPM technology, and familiarity with BPMN 2.0.
  • Understanding of key customer processes, such as Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Idea-to-Market, Plan-to-Fulfill, etc., and their typical improvement potentials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Information Technologies, Information Sciences, Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or Business Administration.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Team-working skills for cross-functional, cross-cultural collaboration as well as an ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Value quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking, and a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel outside of Europe.
  • SAP Signavio experience advantageous.
  • PLM experience advantageous.
  • MedTech experience advantageous.
