Job Overview

This position is designed to play a key role to support Logistics supervisors on project management, process improvement and KPI achievement through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
•Analyze and streamline current logistics processes to boost productivity.
•Ensure warehouse utilization remains at a healthy level under a dynamic circumstance.
•Ensure all warehouse process under corporate and audit regulations.
•Further enhance Logistics cost competitiveness.
•Lead/Support warehouse continuous improvement activities.
•English presentation for Supply Chain Logistics improvements and relevant projects
•Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors.
•分析並簡化目前的物流流程以提高生產力。
•確保倉庫利用率在動態情況下維持在健康水準。
•確保所有倉庫流程符合公司和稽核規定。
•進一步增強物流成本競爭力。
•領導/支持倉庫持續改善活動。
•供應鏈物流改善及相關專案的英文簡報。
•其他主管交辦事項。

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics-related fields.
Language Proficiency: [Chinese/English] Listening: Proficient, Speaking: Proficient, Reading: Proficient, Writing: Proficient.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working hours: 09:00–17:40, with weekends off.    
Required Certification: TOEIC score of 800 or above.

•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred
•Strong team player
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
