SHL Medical to present at Belgium conference

SHL Medical is pleased to announce our participation in the PDA Medical Devices and Connected Health Conference 2024. The conference will take place on June 4-5 in Antwerp, Belgium.

The conference focuses on the transformative impact of digitization and digitalization on the healthcare industry, with a particular emphasis on connected health solutions. These solutions, encompassing data platforms, software, and sensors, have the potential to revolutionize patient care by empowering individuals to manage their diagnoses and treatments more effectively while streamlining processes for healthcare professionals.

At this conference, SHL’s Digital Health Manager, Chelsea Williams, will present a poster highlighting our Molly^® Connected Cap autoinjector – a compact, digital solution featuring retrofittable connectivity to support remote patient monitoring. First introduced in 2023, the Molly Connected Cap autoinjector allows timestamped data to be relayed through a smartphone or smart data transmission hub and to the cloud. One fundamental aspect of the Connected Cap technology is SHL’s Innovation Partnership program. The program seeks to combine SHL’s technological capabilities with pharma’s clinical innovations to address the unmet needs of therapy self-management by accelerating the development and commercialization of connected therapeutics.
