Traditional vial kits for lyophilized drugs involve multiple components and more than ten steps, including disinfecting vials, attaching needles, transferring diluent, mixing, and preparing for injection. Each step adds time, complexity, and risk of dosing errors or contamination.
Reuniteâ„¢ simplifies this to just three steps: unlock, twist, push. This streamlined approach improves safety, consistency, and ease of use for patients.

The pre-attached needle (NIT®) moves backward to pierce the cartridge septum, open the fluid path and initiate priming.
Push the device against the injection site to begin the injection. You will hear a start click. The injection is complete when the plunger rod stops moving.
NIT® is an integrated, pre-attached needle technology for cartridge-based injections. NIT® allows users to simply unlock the cap to open the fluid path. The needle cover automatically extends and the autoinjector automatically primes.
The first NIT®-enabled autoinjector was launched in 2018 for a metabolic treatment. In 2024 and 2025, the latest NIT-enabled autoinjector was launched in the US and Europe, respectively, for the treatment of two dermatological conditions.
