SHL Medical appoints new CHRO

SHL Medical is pleased to announce the appointment of Satbir Bains as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of SHL and a member of the Executive Management Team as of February 2023.

Satbir brings more than 20 years of experience in HR, working in multiple industry sectors and cultures and as a member of different international leadership teams, with a strong track record of implementing large-scale transformation programs, enhancing the efficiency and performance of HR functions. She joins SHL Medical most recently serving as Global Head Talent Acquisition (TA) and SVP HR Business Partnering, Fastenings & Protection (F&P) Division at Hilti, where she has been instrumental in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion in her business area, professionalizing talent management practices and building a best-in-class, business-centric Talent Acquisition strategy. 

Satbir has a master’s degree in chemical engineering, an MBA, and is chartered as an HR professional.
