Job Overview
負責領導及執行射出成形相關專案，透過深入的製程分析、技術開發與導入，提升生產效率、良率及產品品質，並降低生產成本，確保公司產品能穩定供應
Main Responsibilities
• 確實根據瑞健生產原則參加改進活動。
• 深入分析現有射出成形製程，找出瓶頸並提出改善方案，以提升產品良率、縮短週期時間及降低成本。
• 評估及導入射出成形技術，提升生產效率及產品品質。
• 操作及維護射出機台及週邊設備，確保設備運作穩定，並定期進行保養與檢修。
• 對射出成形過程中產生的缺陷進行深入分析，找出根本原因並提出解決方案，以確保產品品質。
• 主導或參與改善專案，制定專案計畫、分配資源、追蹤進度，並確保專案目標達成。
• 透過數據分析，掌握生產狀況，並據以調整製程參數，提升生產效率。
• 與工程、品質、生產等部門密切合作，共同解決生產問題，並推動跨部門專案。
Qualification
• 具備射出成形相關工作經驗者佳。
• 具備塑膠材料特性及模具設計知識者佳。
Minimum Qualifications
• 熟悉統計分析軟體及Office軟體操作。
• 具備問題解決能力、數據分析能力及溝通協調能力。
• 具備專案管理經驗者佳。
