Job Overview

Plan, guide, and oversee all inventory control activities, driving process improvements and KPI achievement through cross-functional collaboration. Provide critical support to logistics supervisors and serve as a strong backbone for both current operations and future organizational needs.

Main Responsibilities

•Ensure logistics operations comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
•Manage warehouse accounting and material control to ensure inventory accuracy and transparency.
•Plan and coordinate external transportation to ensure delivery efficiency.
•Serve as the communication interface with cross-functional teams and production for material requests.
•Provide recommendations and execution support for managerial projects.
•Lead/Support continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes.
•Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors.

•其他主管交辦事項。

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics-related fields.
Language Proficiency: [Chinese/English] Listening: Proficient, Speaking: Proficient, Reading: Proficient, Writing: Proficient.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working hours: 09:00–17:40, with weekends off.
Required Certification: TOEIC score of 800 or above.
Other Work Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications
•Leadership 3+ years
•Experience with SAP is a must
•Solid experience in process improvements.
•Capability of cross-functional communication
