[ CE ] - Commercial Excellence Specialist

In this role you will support developing and implementing the commercial strategy (Marketing and Sales) and commercial excellence initiatives with a focus on sales excellence and CRM. You will help to establish the CRM as a key steering tool and drive improvement of and training on the tool. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with the entire Growth organization (e.g., Global Sales, Global Portfolio Strategy and Customer Solutions, Global Marketing) and other functions at SHL (e.g., technology, finance, corporate strategy, supply chain etc.) on a global level.

【Main Responsibilities】

• Strategic CRM: Support anchoring the CRM system as a key management and steering tool in SHL. Ensure that it reflects the strategic priorities and that it is relevant to sales activities and the newest market advancements. Assess the CRM adoption and identify areas for improvement. Proactively initiate enhancements and updates as needed (e.g., customization of the CRM to align with the sales team’s processes, capturing relevant data and enabling efficient workflows) and at the same time be the point of contact for the sales team for change requests.

• Sales Excellence: Set up a performance measurement system, e.g., in CRM, and support measuring performance towards the commercial strategic priorities, in particular towards the set sales targets. Suggest respective initiatives to achieve the targets and to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Together with the commercial leadership team you will drive these initiatives forward. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices related to CRM, integrating relevant insights into the strategic priorities, and driving the digital journey.

• Systems management: Develop and maintain the commercial tool architecture such that the tools seamlessly integrate and are distinct in their capabilities and usage. Define and co-lead the training management for the CRM, ensuring a thorough understanding of its capabilities and benefits.
