Job Overview

The HRIS Expert will report into the Head of People Technology and Processes and will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of HRIS platforms. This includes overseeing system maintenance, analyzing new releases, and driving product roadmap management. Additionally, you will leverage your extensive expertise in project management, specifically in HRIS implementation projects and HR processes, to effectively translate HR business cases into actionable solutions and bring them to realization.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • ​​Utilize your expertise to configure, administer, and optimize HRIS platforms, with a primary focus on managing SuccessFactors while also other relevant HR technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Manage HRIS platforms lifecycle, primarily managing SuccessFactors but also other relevant HR technologies, including system maintenance, analysis of new releases, and product roadmap management.
  • Collaborate with the country HR community globally (Switzerland, Sweden, US, Taiwan) to develop business cases aimed at enhancing HR operational processes.
  • Participate in HRIS implementation projects, managing all phases from inception to completion to ensure successful outcomes within established business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other relevant departments, to enhance HRIS platforms functionalities and streamline processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and HRIS management, bringing insights to improve organizational practices.​

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in hands-on HRIS roles, with a proven track record of managing system configurations and operations.

  • ​Hands-on experience in configuring HR systems, with a strong preference for expertise in SuccessFactors.

  • ​Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • ​Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead HRIS implementation projects successfully.​

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ​​Open-minded, culturally sensitive, and adept at working in diverse environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • ​Exceptional problem-solving skills, flexibility, and resilience to navigate challenges effectively.​
