【Job Overview】
The senior specialist of Rewards supports implementation of compensation and benefits strategies. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing employee benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting employee engagement.
【 Responsibilities】
- Wellbeing Program: Assist in designing and implementing wellbeing programs that align with organizational goals, such as recognition program and other benefits program.
- Relocation program: Assist relocation processes/payment based on global guidelines.
- Salary Survey: Support and participate the salary surveys.
- Market Analysis: Support salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Compliance: Ensure all reward programs comply with local regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with HR teams to integrate rewards programs into broader talent management initiatives.
- Other Reward related projects and tasks.
【Skills and Qualification】
- Well-organized, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- At least 3+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefit area.
- Familiar with TW labor laws.
- Fluency verbal and written language skills in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
