Job Overview
The specialist will handle departmental administrative affairs and serve as a liaison to maintain good communication for cross-departmental collaboration. The specialist is also responsible for data collection, document preparation, and graphic design required by the department and supports various general affairs tasks as required by the department. In addition, the specialist should ensure compliance with all applicable standard operating procedures and work instructions when performing tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible to follow all applicable SOPs and WIs at all the times.
- Responsible for handling the department general affairs and as a contact window of the department.
- Responsible for data collection, making documents and forms, develop on appropriate action taken with a good quality.
- Responsible to maintain, filing, keep and tracking department related documents.
- Support various admin issues when needed such as stationary application, chop application, team building arrangement, reimbursement of the expenses for the team and so on.
- Assign above job tasks by staffing qualification / personal ability / organization needs.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to communicate appropriately and accurately both orally and in writing the progress of assignments
- Able to work on documentation processing & data reviewing.
- Proactive, eager to learn new things, good communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Language Skills
- Must have: Fluent in Mandarin and Basic proficiency in English
