【IT】MES Application Manager
【Job Overview】
The MES application manager will be an integral member of the PLM/MES team and leading MES team to manage and implement technical advancement of the manufacturing execution system which is part of SHL digitalization journey. Setting up goal & project plan for MES team and leading, managing the team to achieve strategy, goal, and tasks appointed to the team. Together with the PLM/MES team, the MES application manager is responsible for assessment, evaluation, and conduct PoC (Prove of Concept) for potential solution of manufacturing site. This position will support PLM/MES team & business departments to improve operational performance and capability in our manufacturing facilities worldwide.

【Main Responsibilities】
- Manage & coach MES team to achieve role & responsibility assigned.
- Justify technical solution & cultivate talent to enjoy tasks appointed and grow with company.
- Align requirements with software and systems capabilities and provide feasible solutions to business owners.
- Plan, design, and implement manufacturing solution(s) and needed integration aspects according to industry best practices to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness of manufacturing shopfloor.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and protocols that sufficiently document alignment between design, implementation, and business requirements to fulfill GxP CSV (Computer System Validation) practice.
- Assist users in the correct use and consultation of responsible manufacturing software systems.

【Skills and Qualification】
- Bachelor degree above, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related majors.
- 2+ years of management experience for an IT development team.
- 5+ years of development experience with Siemens Opcenter/CAMSTAR technologies such as CDO, CLF, Designer, Opcenter Portal, Portal studio, modeling, and Opcenter rich client application development.
- Experience in customized integration development by using Opcenter WCF services & .NET API.
- 10+ years of experience with development languages such as .NET, C#, HTML/JSP, XML, CSS, XSL, and familiar with Microsoft SQL Server database.
- Experience in supporting manufacturing and operations systems, such as MES, CIM.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on expertise in Siemens Opcenter and PAC (CIM) solution portfolio is a plus.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GAMP 5, computer systems validation concept, FDA 21 CFR part 11, data integrity principles and documentation standards is a plus.
- Proficient in communication both oral and written, using English and Mandarin Chinese.
