【Job Overview】

The Senior machine integration Software Engineer will be an integral member of the PLM/MES team responsible for technical advancement of the SHL’s PAC (process automation controller) machine integration application, kind of CIM (computer integrated manufacturing) system. In cooperation with the business owners, the Senior machine integration Software Engineer will be working on the assessment, proposing, and implementing solutions fulfilling business requirements in PAC system. Together with the PLM/MES team, the Senior machine integration Software Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, testing and deployment of solutions for manufacturing. This position will support business departments to improve operational performance and capability in our manufacturing facilities.

【Main Responsibilities】

• Develop, plan, and execute machine integration (PAC) solution(s) and integration aspects according to industry best practices to support improvement efforts for operational performance.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and protocols that sufficiently document alignment between code changes and business requirements.
• Provide end-user support on PAC application.
• 根據行業最佳解決方案，開發、計劃和導入machine integration (PAC)製造軟體系統解決方案，實踐支持運營績效持續改進。
• 開發和執行測試範例、腳本和協議，充分且完整記錄程式更改和業務需求之間的一致性。
• 協助使用者正確使用負責的machine integration (PAC)系統。

【Skills and Qualification】

• Bachelor degree above, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related majors.
• 3+ years of development experience with Siemens PAC technologies such as ESA, DEO.
• Experience in customized integration development by using PAC DEO and Opcenter WCF services & .NET API.
• 3+ years of experience with development languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML/JSP, XML, CSS, XSL and familiar with Microsoft SQL Server database.
• Technical understanding with manufacturing technologies such as Euro-map 63/77, OPC UA, and Historian.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GAMP 5, computer systems validation concept, FDA 21 CFR part 11, data integrity principles and documentation standards is a plus.
• Proficient in communication both oral and written, using English and Mandarin Chinese.

• 3 年以上使用Java, JavaScript、HTML/JSP、XML、CSS、XSL 和 Microsoft SQL Server database 的開發經驗。
• 對工業製造技術，例如 Euro-map 63/77, OPC UA、Historian有實作經驗。
• 了解良好生產規範 (GMP)、GAMP 5、計算機系統驗證概念、FDA 21 CFR 第 11 部分、數據完整性原則和文件標準，將優先考慮。
• 能熟練使用英語和中文進行口頭和書面交流。
