SHL Medical is pleased to announce the publication of the article in ONdrugDelivery, titled “More Than the Sum of Its Parts: How Supplier Collaboration Drives Successful Combination Products.” Jointly published with Gerresheimer and Aptar Pharma, the thought leadership piece was co-authored by Lucy Lee, Associate Director of Product Management at SHL Medical, Bernd Zeiss, Head of Scientific Affairs and Applied Technologies at Gerresheimer, and Sebastien Cordier, Technical Product Manager at Aptar Pharma.

The article highlights the importance of early and integrated collaboration between suppliers and pharmaceutical partners in developing successful combination products. Featuring insights from SHL Medical, Gerresheimer, and Aptar Pharma, the piece discusses how shared expertise, data-driven alignment, and platform readiness contribute to efficient combination product development and regulatory success. In a joint study, the three companies evaluated system performance parameters using a 2.25 mL Gx® Elite syringe assembled into SHL Medical’s Molly® autoinjector, demonstrating system compatibility and performance within target specifications for autoinjector applications.
